A family-owned and -operated, local business, Feltham’s Construction Limited was founded in 1992 as a dump-truck service. Owners Elvis and Karen Feltham and their daughter Carly continue their family tradition of paving and contracting work.
Elvis began working with heavy equipment with his father, a dump-truck operator, at the age of 17. Today, Elvis brings his experience to every excavating, snow removal, or paving job he does for you.
